Ingredients & Process
- Caribbean rum base
- Filtered for a clean, smooth profile
Crafted for cocktails and easy sipping—balanced to shine in classics or simple mixes.
Easy Cocktails
Honey Daiquiri (shaken)
- 2 oz Boquerón Gold Rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)
Shake hard with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: lime coin.
Rum Old Fashioned (stirred)
- 2 oz Boquerón Gold Rum
- ¼ oz demerara syrup (or 1 tsp)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters (optional)
Stir with ice, strain over a big cube in a rocks glass. Press an orange peel over the top.
Gold Rum Mule (easiest)
- 2 oz Boquerón Gold Rum
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Top with cold ginger beer
Build in a chilled Collins or mule mug with ice. Quick stir. Garnish: lime wedge.
