Easy Cocktails

Spiced Rum & Ginger (Highball)
  • 2 oz Boquerón Spiced Rum
  • 4–6 oz ginger beer (or ginger ale for sweeter)
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice (optional)

Build over ice in a tall glass, give a quick stir, garnish with a lime wedge.

Cuba Libre — Spiced
  • 2 oz Boquerón Spiced Rum
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 4–6 oz cola

Squeeze lime into a highball, add ice, rum, and cola. Brief stir. Lime wedge to finish.

Apple & Spice Fizz
  • 2 oz Boquerón Spiced Rum
  • 4 oz chilled apple cider or apple juice
  • Top with club soda (1–2 oz)
